General terms of sales
ARTICLE 1: OFFERS.

ARTICLE 2: CONTROLS.

ARTICLE 3: DELIVERY.

ARTICLE 4: PRICE.

ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT.
5.1. Invoices are payable in cash.

ARTICLE 6: PROPERTY.
Goods sold and delivered remain the property of their Horescum until their full payment by the purchaser, notwithstanding explicit art. CC 1583.

ARTICLE 7: DISPUTES.

ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY & LIABILITY.

The warranty is void if the goods have undergone repairs or alterations by persons other than those mandated by its Horescum.
Interventions take place every weekday from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30. All requests for assistance outside these hours, after acceptance by Horescum his or her delegate, will be increased by an amount of EUR 25 excluding VAT as a "weekend package" whether under warranty or not.
ARTICLE 9: INSTALLATION & CONNECTION.

ARTICLE 10: INTERPRETATION.

ARTICLE 11: GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION.
Any dispute is subject to Belgian law.
The courts of Brussels are competent.
ARTICLE 12: EXCEPTIONS.
